Master of Engineering in Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management

James received a M.Eng in Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management (ELIM) at the Pennsylvania State University in August, 2022.

ELIM is a combination of management, business administration, and engineering leadership skills. The ELIM program focuses on:

  • Promoting innovation

  • Intercultural and international engineering

  • Project and engineering management

  • Identifying and analyzing business opportunities

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with Honors

James received an ABET accredited B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the University of Connecticut in 2021.

James participated in research culminating in an Honors Thesis: Computational Validation of Several Radiation Heat Transfer Models. The research was in a DOE funded lab tasked with determining thermochemical properties of nuclear molten salts.

James' capstone project was the creation of a PLC integrated hospital air-mattress with independent pressure control for the prevention of bedsores.

James graduated with highest honors from Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Missouri in 2017.
